Team Leader - Fixed Term Contract

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of 5-15 lab personnel.
• Support laboratory managers with planning and workload.
• Investigate non-conformances, complaints, and quality issues.
• Coordinate staffing, rota, holidays, and workload allocation.
• Conduct performance reviews and probation reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.

🎯 Requirements

• Science qualification or equivalent lab experience.
• Understanding of lab operations and quality systems.
• Experience in workload coordination and coaching.
• MS Office and laboratory systems proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and food microbiology (desirable).
