📋 Description

• Own timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders.
• Lead the fulfilment team to hit key metrics (quality, packing).
• Champion team performance; drive improvements to enable growth and accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Plan daily activities to brief the squad and meet demand.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Technical/Production/Warehousing for safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Team Manager/Leader in high-speed, high-volume FMCG ops.
• Experience in manufacturing/production leadership is ideal.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with stakeholders.
• Leads by example; develops others and builds engagement.
• Experience guiding process and system improvements for performance and cost.
• Motivated by health and happiness for dogs and their humans.
