📋 Description

• Lead a team of 10–15 colleagues in Defined Benefit pensions claims administration
• Hybrid, people-focused leadership with focus on risk controls and processes
• Support accurate, timely pensions administration and good customer outcomes
• Oversee risk controls, documentation and audit trail quality
• Review data, MI and team performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Team Manager in a regulated/operational setting
• Strong people management, coaching and delegation skills
• Good maths, data analysis and Microsoft Excel capability
• Experience using multiple systems and operating processes
• Strong customer focus and understanding of outcomes
• CF1 and FA2 qualifications or willingness to complete within timeframe
