Manage performance of subordinates
Manage scheduling process and ensure that headcounts are covered for all operating tables
Ensure correct skills are taught to subordinates during BPA sessions
Communicate news and updates to subordinates timely and clearly

🎯 Requirements

Fluent English language proficiency
Fluent knowledge of other languages (asset)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Previous managerial experience (advantage)
Excellent computer literacy, especially in Office package
Has met all targets and expectations set by Direct Manager within current role
