📋 Description

• Lead by example and coach subordinates on shift
• Be first point of contact for subordinates
• Manage performance, scheduling, and headcount coverage
• Ensure correct skills taught during BPA sessions
• Organize team meetings and report to Senior Team Manager
• Prepare and monitor team KPI data and improvement plans

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English language proficiency
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Previous managerial experience is an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy, especially Office package
• Met all targets set by direct manager in current role
