🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience implementing and evolving agile practices within software engineering teams, going
• Proven experience creating, analyzing, and managing flow and delivery metrics such as lead time
• Practical knowledge of DORA metrics and their use in improving organizational performance.
• Experience with capacity planning and delivery forecasting based on historical data.
• Knowledge of probabilistic forecasting techniques and metrics-driven management.
• Experience defining and monitoring performance indicators focused on teams and delivery systems
