• Staff right people; oversee delivery success

• Manage escalations; support pre-sales and sales teams
• Cultivate trusted customer relationships
• Share lessons learned across projects and functions
• Provide executive oversight of internal initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software implementation experience (vendor/consulting)
• 3+ years in people management
• Led a professional services team
• Operational excellence in services: utilization & resource mgmt
• Travel up to 25%
• Nice to have: RIM systems experience in Life Sciences
