🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
3+ years as a team manager (required).
3+ years in Disability or Life Insurance (required).
3+ years in Inbound Contact Center (required).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
Proven leadership and problem resolution skills.
