📋 Description

• Lead the Onboarding Calculations Team in Defined Benefit pensions, from quotation through settlement
• Ensure accurate, timely, empathetic service to scheme members and reps
• Maintain operational controls and regulatory expectations
• Coach and motivate a team to high standards in manual calculations
• Hybrid role: work between home and Glasgow office
• Support customer outcomes and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong DB pension knowledge and benefits administration
• Experience with manual pension benefit calculations
• Proven leadership, coaching and development skills
• Customer-focused, fair and empathetic service
• Understanding of operational risk, controls and regulatory needs
• Knowledge of Data Protection, Money Laundering, Complaints, Treating Customers Fairly
