📋 Description

• Lead by example and serve as first point of contact for team
• Coach and develop subordinates through one-to-ones and feedback
• Manage scheduling to ensure headcount coverage for all tables
• Conduct training sessions and ensure skills development
• Prepare, monitor, and report on team KPI data
• Ensure procedural, legal, and disciplinary standards are followed

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Knowledge of casino gaming operations and procedures
• First Aid Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain
• Previous managerial experience in hospitality or gaming preferred
• Fluency in additional languages (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Vietnamese) preferred
