📋 Description

• Manage, supervise, coach, and build team spirit
• Be the first point of contact for subordinates
• Present new ideas and policies to teams
• Prepare and monitor KPI data and improvement plans
• Participate in recruitment and training
• Establish cross-department cooperation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years supervisory/shift-leader experience
• Tech proficient in computer programs, esp. Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Managerial courage to lead and hold others accountable
• Prompt and organized
• Travel may be required
