📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team for mechanical hardware sourcing, production
• Embed in engineering and production projects to catch design and supply risks early.
• Define strategy and backbone of the Mechanical Systems & Manufacturing Enablement category
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier partners in a regulated
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, quotes, ERP data, and cost tracking for build-to-print
• Support transition from prototype builds to continuous production configurations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
• 7+ years in mechanical sourcing or manufacturing engineering with proven leadership (5+ team
• Deep technical knowledge: Build-to-print CNC machining, GD&T, electromechanical release
• International experience with globally distributed supplier base; experience in regulated
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership; ability to translate
• Preferred: defense sector experience, established supplier networks, certifications (APICS, PMP
