🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations teams or similar; experience handling
Strong coordination of operational teams, documenting ways of working, and IT issue troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; English proficiency (written and spoken).
Hospitality experience is a plus; comfortable communicating with customers; knowledge of Google
Ability to work under high pressure, weekends/public holidays, and variable schedules.

🎁 Benefits

Base pay in Canada: CAD 67,000 – CAD 75,000 per year.
Remote eligible with potential office or offsite attendance as agreed with manager.
