📋 Description

• Management of customer samples in solid sample preparation, ensuring efficient and timely processing
• Ensuring good information exchange between team members and other departments
• Training and disciplinary leadership of new employees
• Involvement in process improvement with focus on punctuality and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally in a comparable position
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early shift starting at 6:00, second shift until max.
• Ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
• Organizational skills, ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively, and make sound
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good German language skills (written and spoken)
