📋 Description

• Define and lead post-silicon validation strategy for AI SoCs
• Drive cross-domain debug and issue resolution across silicon, firmware, OS
• Promote collaboration with design, software, and validation teams
• Advance automation and scalable validation using emulation and large-scale infra
• Support continuous improvement of validation methods and analytics
• Engage with leadership and customers; provide updates on progress and risks

• Systems thinker across hardware, software, and integration
• Collaborative leader building trust across teams
• Strong debugging and problem-solving for post-silicon issues
• Clear communicator who simplifies complexity in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred
• 20+ years in silicon, system, or platform validation with 10+ years in technical leadership
