🎯 Requirements

• Significant software engineering experience and 2+ years leading projects.
• Go and/or Python with frontend React/TypeScript.
• AI app development and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• CI/CD with Terraform, Helm, and cloud IaC.
• Observability with OpenTelemetry.
• Agile practices and mentoring teams.
