🎯 Requirements

7+ years in backend software engineering roles, with leadership and strategy development across teams.
Expertise in C#, Java, or similar OO languages.
Advanced SQL skills and solid experience with database management systems.
Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in microservices architecture and building scalable systems.
BA/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g., 8200).
