🎯 Requirements

• Proven tech lead/principal on agent or systems software at scale
• Deep observability data collection knowledge: metrics, logs, traces, OTLP
• Strong Go background (Elastic Agent and Beats in Go)
• Experience designing management/control planes; OpAMP protocol
• Lead large multi-team initiatives; shipped software
• Able to switch between projects and codebases
