• Design a scalable agent-layer architecture and drive performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven tech lead or principal engineer on agent/system software at scale.
• Deep knowledge of observability data collection: metrics, logs, traces; OTLP, Prometheus, syslog.
• Strong Go experience; Elastic Agent and Beats are Go.
• Experience designing management/control planes for distributed software; OpAMP.
• Track record leading large multi-team initiatives from design to shipped software.
• Comfortable writing design docs and ADRs; socialize decisions.
