🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Deep Neo4j expertise: Cypher, profiling, GDS/APOC, drivers.
• Strong graph data modeling; PostgreSQL a plus.
• Proven technical leadership with architectural ownership.
• Strong Java/JVM, Spring or similar frameworks, secure API design.
• Advanced debugging, CI/CD, cloud-native, Docker, observability.
