🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Deep, hands-on Neo4j expertise with Cypher optimization and graph patterns.
• Strong graph data modelling experience; PostgreSQL experience a plus.
• Proven technical leadership with ownership of architecture and direction.
• Strong Java/JVM expertise; Spring or comparable backend frameworks.
• Advanced debugging, profiling, and security-focused software design.
