🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Deep Neo4j expertise with Cypher optimization
• Strong graph data modelling experience; PostgreSQL a plus
• Proven technical leadership and ownership of architecture
• Strong Java/JVM expertise; Spring or comparable frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud-native practices, Docker, and security
