📋 Description

• Own the architectural vision for Bizplat platform.
• Consolidate services into unified, scalable platforms.

• Lead cross-cutting initiatives like contact center convergence.
• Set and enforce engineering standards across Bizplat teams.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years in leadership/architect roles.
• Experience reducing service sprawl and consolidating architectures.
• Experience with automation, workflow orchestration, or case management (Temporal/Airflow).
• Proven ability to align teams to a shared platform vision.
• Fluency designing scalable, reliable, governed systems.
• Excellent communication with engineers and business stakeholders.
