Tech Lead, Business Platform Engineering (Bizplat)

📋 Description

• Own the architectural vision for Bizplat's platform, consolidating services.
• Drive service consolidation by identifying redundant services and migrating workloads.
• Design core platform capabilities: case management, workflow orchestration, AI/ML pipelines.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives such as contact center convergence and automation.
• Set standards for design, API contracts, observability, and data governance.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineer teams to create reusable platform capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with 5+ years in leadership/architect roles.
• Deep experience consolidating and simplifying complex service architectures.
• Strong systems design and architecture for platforms used by multiple teams.
• Experience building or operating automation, workflow orchestration, or case management systems.
• Track record driving technical strategy across organizational boundaries.
• Fluency in designing for scalability, reliability, and governance in regulated environments.
• Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration, event-driven architectures, or automation.
