Tech Lead Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Set and evolve cloud data architecture on Snowflake
• Own data model design across data products and marts (Star Schemas, SCDs, conformed dimensions)
• Lead end-to-end design and execution of data pipelines (ingestion, API integrations, custom
• Implement DataOps and CI/CD integration (automated dbt testing, environment isolation, credential
• Refine governance model, implement Data Catalog and Observability solutions
• Optimize Snowflake performance and costs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as Senior Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Tech Lead
• Exposure to AI/agent readiness (semantic models, feature stores, API/access layers)
• Deep expertise in Snowflake and dbt (macros, incremental models, custom tests, CI/CD)
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Experience with orchestration tools (Matillion, Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, Fivetran)
• DataOps and software engineering discipline (Git, CI/CD, automated testing)
