🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software eng, 5+ yrs ML infra exp.
• Experience with ML accelerators and profiling tools.
• Strong background in ML infra tools (DeepSpeed, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Deep understanding of autoregressive, diffusion models; custom kernels for HW efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Master’s or PhD preferred.
