📋 Description

• Develop ADV's modular architecture improvements for performance and ROI
• Evolve compute usage on car and simulation for scale
• Collaborate to identify and remove compute bottlenecks
• Co-design hardware/software to optimize performance on our platform
• Maintain strong performance across driving complexity and events
• Design fast reaction latency for collision avoidance

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS, EE, robotics, physics, math, or related field (or equivalent)
• 6+ years of software engineering on large scale systems
• 2+ years in software management; 4+ in infra/systems/perf
• 4+ years as technical lead in perf/infrastructure domain
• 4+ years of C++ experience
• Define roadmaps and cross-team collaboration
