Tech Lead Manager (TLM) – Ads Experience

📋 Description

• Drive Technical Strategy for the Ads Experience team and roadmap for scale.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture of Ads Manager and Brand Ads.
• Innovate with AI, including Gen AI for multi-modal creatives.
• Lead and manage a high-performing software engineering team.
• Own the full SDLC, balancing speed with long-term health.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to align the vision.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software development experience with 2+ years in people management.
• Deep understanding of Ad Tech: campaign management, reporting, ad serving, measurement.
• Distributed systems and high-availability backends (Go/C#) and frontends (React/TypeScript).
• Mentor engineers; manage performance and navigate organizational challenges.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, and incident management for high-scale systems.
• Think like a product owner while maintaining technical rigor.
