📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Motion Controls team in autonomy.
• Own the interface between Wayve Driver, trajectory generation, and control.
• Define the technical roadmap and deliver across short/long horizons.
• Translate product needs into concrete technical plans.
• Guide deployment of robust motion behavior across platforms.
• Collaborate with partners to align plans and constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading engineers and setting priorities.
• Background in autonomy/robotics or related AI systems.
• Proven track record shipping production systems.
• Expertise in controls, trajectory generation, motion planning.
• Experience with ML-informed systems in production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, high technical bar.
