📋 Description

  • Own the technical delivery and architecture of the product.
  • Lead and mentor a 3-7 engineer team.
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and Design Lead to align goals.
  • Hands-on contributor developing features with the team.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and maintain code quality.
  • Oversee the overall software architecture and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • 6+ years in engineering
  • 3+ years building web apps with Node.js and React
  • Experience architecting software (from scratch a plus)
  • Experience in hosting infrastructure
  • Strong business acumen (startup experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in English
