📋 Description

• Own the technical buildout of the product and its architecture.
• Lead engineering teams of 3-7 engineers; guide architecture and infra.
• Collaborate with PM and Design Lead to align goals and UI quality.
• Be a hands-on contributor; develop features with the team.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain quality.
• Oversee overall software architecture and delivery timelines.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership role
• 6+ years in engineering
• 3+ years building web apps with Node.js and React
• Experience architecting software; from-scratch is a plus
• Experience setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure
• Strong business acumen; startup exp is a plus
• Desire to learn new technologies and apply AI in your workflow
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Proficiency in English
