📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a 3-7 engineer team
• Own software architecture and delivery
• Collaborate with PM and Design Lead on goals
• Hands-on contributor, develop features with team
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain quality
• Oversee overall software architecture and development

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership role
• 5+ years in engineering
• 3+ years building web apps with Node.js and React
• Experience architecting software (from scratch a plus)
• Experience setting up hosting infrastructure
• Strong business acumen (early-stage startups a plus)
• Desire to learn new technologies and apply AI in your workflow
• Proficiency in English
