Tech Lead & Product Owner - AI Platform (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own the architecture of the MLOps/LLMOps Platform
• Review code and designs regularly; prototype and debug when needed
• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the platform
• Run the agile cadence (stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, retros)
• Represent users and turn their needs into platform capabilities
• Manage dependencies and risks; align international stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven production software experience (ideally Python and infrastructure-as-code)
• Tech Lead, Technical Product Owner, or Engineering Lead with backlog/roadmap responsibility
• Solid understanding of ML and LLM lifecycles and platform engineering
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Nice to have: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, LLM gateways, RAG, agentic
• Excellent communication and fluency in English
