• Cross-Workstream Technical Ownership: maintain a shared technical view across workstreams.

• Proactive Risk Management: identify dependencies, scope creep, and technical debt early with solutions.
• Real-Time Problem Solving: triage and unblock issues in client calls, stand-ups, or threads.
• Communication & Alignment: translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and keep teams aligned.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Technical Leadership: Senior/Lead level delivering complex e-commerce projects with high autonomy.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Expertise: SFCC with SFRA; full lifecycle from build to BAU and incident response.
• Generalist "Chops": broad proficiency across commerce stack, integrations, API design, data, and security.
• Multi-Workstream Delivery Experience: operate across different delivery modes and parallel workstreams.
• Multi-Party Delivery Experience: work with agency, client, and external partners.
• Communication: excellent English; explain tradeoffs to non-technical PM and engineers.
