Define and champion the technical vision of ServiceNow expertise
Design and validate technical architectures for ServiceNow solutions ensuring robustness
Support teams in technical choices and complex issues
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, quality standards, and architecture
Conduct code reviews and oversee technical developments
Intervene on complex topics and provide expertise during design, integration, and production phases

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
At least 7 to 10 years of experience in IT environments, with significant experience with the
Proven experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions
Experience in technical team leadership and project management
Previous experience in leading a technical community, practice, or Tribe is strongly desired
In-depth mastery of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture
