Tech Lead / Solution Architect – Backend, Workflow Engine, SSO, Observability, QA

📋 Description

• Own backend architecture and technical direction, translating product goals into scalable and
• Define architecture boundaries and minimal service contracts, including APIs and event-driven
• Design core data model, including identifiers, mapping rules, and idempotency keys.
• Build the workflow layer with retries, backoff, DLQ, replay, dedup, and failure recovery.
• Establish security architecture covering SSO, RBAC, access controls and secret management.
• Implement audit trails with correlation IDs and distributed tracing for actions taken.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend engineering and solution architecture track record shipping production systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, retries, idempotency, consistency, and recovery.
• Hands-on backend design with Python and FastAPI.
• Relational DB knowledge, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with queues/event-driven tech: NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar.
• API integrations with external platforms and services; SSO/OIDC auth knowledge.
