Tech Lead / Solution Architect – Backend, Workflow Engine, SSO, Observability, QA

📋 Description

• Own backend architecture and technical direction, translating product goals into scalable and
• Define architecture boundaries and minimal service contracts, including APIs and event-driven
• Design core data model including IDs, mapping rules, idempotency keys.
• Build workflow layer with retry, backoff, dead-letter, replay, deduplication, and fault tolerance.
• Establish security architecture covering SSO, RBAC, access controls, secrets management.
• Implement audit trails with correlation IDs and distributed tracing.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend engineering and solution architecture with production systems experience.
• Strong distributed systems knowledge: retries, idempotency, consistency, deduplication, recovery.
• Hands-on backend design, preferably Python with FastAPI.
• Relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with queues/event-driven systems: NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• APIs and integrations with external platforms.
