• Lead technical execution for end-to-end features, balancing speed and code health.
• Write clean, production-grade code across the full-stack TypeScript ecosystem.
• Architect AI and agentic systems: custom workflows, state machines, RAG pipelines.

• Set engineering standards: code review, testing, and responsible AI tool use.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level TypeScript with advanced patterns (Generics, Discriminated Unions).
• Deep Node.js experience; Mastra or custom state-machine backend background.
• Strong frontend skills; SvelteKit primary, React or Vue welcome.
• Production AI experience: deploying LLM features, understanding token costs.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Outstanding English communication, async-first remote collaboration.
