📋 Description

• Lead the BA practices and BA professionals within Professional Services portfolio
• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of
• Custodian of BA best practices and processes embed these practices with BA team
• Provide on-going support for BA in project teams where necessary to improve BA activities and the
• Plan and closely monitor business analysis activities of all BAs in
• Ensure both business and system requirements are well analyzed, modeled and documented

🎯 Requirements

• 15 years of IT experience of which 10 years in a BA role with minimum 3 years' leading BA Team
• Working knowledge of payment systems and payment journeys across different regions and payment
• Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience of working in BFS domain. Experience in Fraud detection is must
• Should be comfortable understanding code and writing SQL queries
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, model and communicate complex business requirements
