🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master of Engineering (or equivalent).
• 15+ years in software development.
• 3+ years leading multiple teams (first-line managers, architects, PMs).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Experience with C++, C#, .NET and AWS.
• DevOps, CI/CD experience and SaaS SLAs.
