📋 Description

• Lead and develop software engineering teams via 1:1s, feedback, and career growth.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: planning, refinements, retrospectives.
• Remove blockers to improve delivery and productivity.
• Review functionalities, services, and processes; identify improvements.
• Align methods with agile culture; collaborate with stakeholders on roadmap.
• Define product and squad objectives, key metrics, and OKRs; monitor progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading software dev teams for digital products.
• Technical background in Backend, Full Stack, or Frontend engineering.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitation.
• Experience with mobile platforms and digital product environments.
• Strong organizational skills; prioritize, define next steps; root-cause analysis.
• Nice to have: modernization/migration initiatives; scaling teams; retail environments.
