Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage technology-related projects end to end
• Own day-to-day health of WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin
• Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC
• Architect integrations between LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI
• Review data integrity, execute queries, build reports/extracts for stakeholders
• Provide general technical support for the website

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus
• Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
• Familiarity with data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued
