Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking
• Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration
• Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and
• Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other
• Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build
• Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable
• You have 5+ years of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
