📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape early-stage hiring strategies
• Run intake: define must-haves, nice-to-haves, timelines
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and events
• Manage interviews, feedback loops, candidate communication, and offers
• Leverage Greenhouse to track progress through the funnel and keep data clean

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or at an agency
• Strong mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers
• Proficiency with recruitment tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• English communication strong; Dutch is a plus, NL residency (no sponsorship)
• Proactive, structured, and able to push back when a profile is vague or unrealistic
