🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Deep experience with direct sourcing and talent mapping.
• Global recruitment exposure, including relocation contexts.
• Strong ATS/datasource/tool proficiency; data-driven mindset.
• Business-level English or Japanese proficiency.
• Experience hiring engineers and understanding modern tech stacks is a plus.
