• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior/lead roles in Technology and Product.
• Build talent pipelines and map markets to support growth.
• Partner with senior leaders and People teams to align on role requirements and processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions with discretion.
• Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience throughout selective processes.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and trends to hiring decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced to fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience recruiting for Technology and Product roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders as a consultative talent advisor.
• Experience hiring in payments, fintech, financial services, digital banking, SaaS, or tech ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level recruiting experience.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and map competitive markets.
