6+ years in Digital Transformation, PM, or Technical Consulting (EdTech preferred).
Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot, Xero, BambooHR or LMS (Canvas/Moodle).
Strong system architecture, data migration, API integrations; Zapier/Make.
Proficient in Agile methods and tools: Jira, Asana, Linear.
Exceptional ability to translate business needs into clear specs.
Cantonese and English fluency; Mandarin helpful.
