• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Write personalised outreach that sparks conversations and helps candidates understand our
• Build and maintain talent pools, keeping candidate information and follow-ups up to date.
• Track response rates and candidate progression to understand what works and refine your approach.
• Shadow recruiters and participate in hiring discussions to learn how we assess candidates.

• You’re looking for a final-year internship or an apprenticeship as part of your studies.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable communicating in an
