🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in scale-up or high-growth environments
• Deep sourcing expertise - you're creative, persistent, and know your way around Boolean search
• Strong technical understanding - you can discuss tech stacks, evaluate technical fit, and have
• Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Ashby), and you love using data to optimize your
