• Lead architecture reviews; produce design docs; set Python standards

• Full-stack mindset across AI, backend, and cloud infra
• Proactive and self-directed; own outcomes end-to-end
• B2+ English; collaborate across distributed teams
• Own client tech relationships; discovery and architecture
• Strong Python: OOP, design patterns, clean architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
